Account Information: Company name, contact information, and account identifiers via OAuth.

Business Data: Client records, job details, invoice information, and payment statuses synced from your Jobber account.

Usage Data: Login times, features used, and actions taken to improve the Service.

Provide dashboards, automations, and alerts
Send automated communications on your behalf via providers you configure
Generate analytics and reports
Improve and develop new features

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure using encrypted databases. We implement HMAC signature verification, HTTPS, CSRF protection, and access controls.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with:

Service providers you configure (email/SMS providers)
Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare)
Legal requirements if required by law

6. Your Rights

Disconnect the Service at any time
Request data export
Request deletion (complied within 30 days)

7. Data Retention

Data retained while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Automation logs retained up to 90 days.

8. Cookies

We use localStorage for sessions. No third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

9. Children's Privacy

Not directed at individuals under 18.

We may update this policy with notice via email or the Service.
