Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PlusAutomation ("the Service"), provided by HACJAC Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlusAutomation is a back-office automation platform for home service businesses. The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Jobber) via their APIs to sync data and automate business operations including payment follow-ups, customer communications, revenue tracking, and operational analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must connect a valid Jobber account (or other supported platform) via OAuth authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis:

Starter ($49/mo): Dashboard, revenue tracking, churn detection, attribution, review requests
Pro ($99/mo): Everything in Starter + all automations (SMS, email drips, late payment follow-up, renewals)
Boss ($199/mo): Everything in Pro + route profitability, crew performance, billing engine, API access

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing may be updated with 30 days notice.

5. Data Usage

We access your business data (clients, jobs, invoices) solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely and processed only as necessary to deliver the features you have enabled. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service relies on APIs provided by third-party platforms (Jobber, Brevo, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these third-party services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
Share account access with unauthorized users
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Exceed reasonable usage limits

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HACJAC Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, synced data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time with 30 days notice via email or through the Service.
